National Graduation Rate for Black Males 47% according to new Schott Foundation Report
A new report released from the Schott Foundation details graduation rates for Black males on State and District levels throughout the Country. It reveals that in the 2007/2008 school year the National Graduation rate for Black Males was only 47%.
